Newman Vocare Ensemble
The Newman Vocare Ensemble sings each Sunday at the 6:15pm Mass in Newman University Church under the direction of Dominique Cunningham. The choir recorded an album titled "Easter in Ireland" which was released in spring 2020. The choir also features heavily on the Notre Dame-Newman Centre for Faith and Reason's YouTube page as an example of liturgical music choices for each Sunday of the year.
The Newman Vocare Ensemble was formed in March 2017 by director emeritus, Steven C. Warner. Starting with six devoted singers, this ensemble has grown to more than 24 members. If you would like to join our choir and community, please contact Dominique at dcunning@nd.edu.
