"Heart Speaks to Heart" - Newman Vocare Ensemble Summer Concert

Location: Newman University Church

To celebrate the end of a year of liturgies and music our choir, the Newman Vocare Ensemble, who sings in the church founded by Saint John Henry Newman every Sunday evening, is having a summer concert on June 17th at 7pm. This concert is free but there will be a free will offering taken up for Pieta House. When Saint John Henry Newman became a cardinal in 1879 he chose the motto "heart speaks unto heart" to go on his coat of arms. We hope as a church community and choir to share the reality of Christ's love to others and the joy of a life with Christ.
